Lot Inspection
The laboratory batch inspection module is a key tool to ensure that materials and products meet quality, safety and regulatory standards before being approved for use.
We detail the main stages of the process.
1. Inspection Details: Acceptance of Materials
Physical and visual inspection of the material is the crucial first step. Products are checked to ensure they arrive in proper condition, ensuring they are free of damage or discrepancies in quantity, labelling or storage conditions. Only batches that pass this inspection proceed to the next step.
2. Laboratory Tests: Quality Verification
Once the material has been accepted, tests are carried out according to validated analytical methods, ensuring that the batch meets the established quality and safety criteria. These tests include physical, chemical and microbiological tests, ensuring compliance with international and local regulations.
3. Certification and Compliance: Formal Validation
After testing, a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is issued to validate the results obtained. This document ensures that the batch meets the required standards. In addition, the system manages the versioning of these certificates to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance at all times.
